I was introduced to the field of psychology at an early age and inspired by my father, who was a professional counselor. In middle school I began reading psychological theory and different helping approaches. Before I entered college I was attending continuing education workshops with my dad. Early on I knew I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives as my dad had. And all these years later I still consider it an honor when people turn to me for help.

As an Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor, my purpose is to help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives. I incorporate evidence-based best practices in an interactive and collaborative approach to help clients set treatment goals and achieve long-lasting results.

Having been raised in Oregon, there is nothing I enjoy more than being a father and taking advantage of the many outdoor activities in the area, including boating, wake boarding and snow skiing.
